Just how much power can one expect from a Bergey XL.1 wind turbine?

WE began collecting data on ours to see. We have data for December of 2006 and Jan of 07.

We continue collecting data on through today and plan to do so for at least a year.

About mid-way through Janurary we began recording the reading displayed on the grid meter.

By adding the amount used on the grid meter to the amount generated by the turbine we can

determine how many kw we use each day and what percent of that is generated by the turbine.

So here's some graphs:

This first graph just shows how many kw were generated during Dec of 06

The next graph shows what was generated in Jan of 07

There was only one day on which no power at all was generated.

We did begin recording and calculating how much power we used and the

percent of that generated by the turbine. Here's a pie chart of that:
